Description
English: Column Dupuy up in Toulouse. The fountain was designed by Urbain Vitry; it is dedicated to Martin Dominique Dupuy. Marbles sculptures by Griffoul Dorval. At the top the "Lady Tholose" Allegory of the city of Toulouse, is a copy of Renaissance bronze produced in 1544 by Jean Rancy.
Français : La Colonne de la place Dupuy à Toulouse. La fontaine a été dessinée par Urbain Vitry; elle est dédiée à Dominique Martin Dupuy. Les sculptures en marbres sont de Griffoul Dorval. Au sommet le "Dame Tholose", allégorie de la ville de Toulouse, est une copie du bronze Renaissance de Jean Rancy, réalisé en 1544.
