| Description |
English: Colthrop Bridge A temporary looking bridge that is more substantial than it looks. Built in 1990 as part of the canal restoration to replace a fixed briedge at low level across the canal, which in turn had replaced a swing bridge. The whole of the Colthrop part of the canal is industrialised with many new factory units and also home to lorry parks and other parts of society that we prefer to hide away. |
