Parisian feral pigeon with toes stuck in string

Summary edit

Description
English: Feral pigeon (Columba livia) with stringfeet in the Luxembourg Garden, Paris. The string between both feet has just been cut, but remaining strings are tightly wrapped around the toes, probably eading to necrosis and loss.
