English: Combe Martin: Mine Tenement excavation The site in relation to Combe Martin village – a good 130 feet or so above it. Looking roughly west towards St Peter’s church, which has a tower 99 feet high. Clorridge Hill provides the backdrop. This historic site, which dates back to the early middle ages, has been preserved in perpetuity for future generations
