Español: Ecuador, 18 de Octubre del 2021.- Recibir la comparecencia de las autoridades que se indican más adelante,

con la finalidad de identificar las acciones u omisiones de los funcionarios de las distintas unciones del Estado para prevenir y enfrentar la alarmante situación de inseguridad que Vive el Dais, implicaciones para la paz social, propuestas Y acciones que deberían adelantarse para enfrentar esta problemática. considerando los siguientes aspectos, Acciones tomadas, en el ámbito de las respectivas gerencias institucionales, en la prevención y respuesta a la situación de inseguridad sus resultados, 2. Mecanismos de coordinación interinstitucional intersectorial entre las entidades rectoras y ejecutoras de seguridad y otras instituciones del estado. lo manda la Constitución de la República en su artículo Art. 226; Problemáticas y propuestas para enfrentar la inseguridad ciudadana; y 4. Su identificación de necesidades legislativas para el cumplimiento de las atribuciones y funciones materia de seguridad. Señor doctor Iván Patricio Saquicela Rodas, presidente de la Corte Nacional de Justicia; Señora doctora Maria del Carmen Maldonado Sánchez, presidenta del Consejo de la Judicatura; Señora doctora Lady Diana Salazar Méndez, Fiscal General del Estado; Y.
