Description

Since Selly Oak Hospital closed down, the Compassion statue had been moved.

It is now on a new path that links the Queen Elizabeth Hospital to the University of Birmingham.

Close to the QEHB end. It was moved here in 2014.

Naked Good Samaritan statue moved to Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham


It was sculpted by Uli Nimptsch.

It was presented to Selly Oak Hospital in 1963 by the Charles Henry Foyle Trust, on the suggestion of one of the original trustees, the late Sir Albert Bradbeer.
