Summary edit

Description

Here's an ATR-2N Training Genie rocket. The motor is clearly marked as inert and I'll hazard that there is NOT a live 1.5kT atomic bomb in the nose. That's some set of folding fins, eh?

I had thought the circular items on the nose had some electronic function,, but I'm advised they are ports for spotting charges..
