English: «Hans Martin»; allegedly world's second oldest concrete boat. Porsgrunn, Norway. Built 1918. Norsk bokmål: Betongbåten «Hans Martin», Porsgrunn. Byggeår: 1918 Tonnasje: 26 bruttotonn. Lengde: 54'. Fikk status som verneverdig skip i 1992. Bygd på Porsgrund Cementstøperi. Konstruert av stålarmert betong av ingeniør Harald Alfsen. Ble i 1982 gitt som gave fra sivilingeniør Jan Rolv Nilsen til Porsgrunn Bymuseum. Etter nødvendige reparasjoner på skroget ble "Hans Martin" igjen sjøsatt i 1987 og fartøyet er nå restaurert tilbake til sin opprinnelige utforming. Båten hører til på og er en del av Sjøfartsmuseet i Porsgrunn der den ligger ved kai. |
