Summary edit

Description
English: Confusing Sign? This sign is facing the level crossing. But if you have crossed the railway already, why the need to phone? The official Department for Transport explanation is that you should phone twice. Once before crossing, then once again after crossing. The trouble is, the signs always point the wrong way! Maybe this explains the frequent accidents at level crossings as drivers cross to park before phoning the first time?
