Description
Español: El caldillo de congrio es un plato chileno, no tan típico, debido al elevado costo de este delicioso pescado. Es un plato que lleva cebolla blanca y morada, zanahoria, papas, pimentón, ajo y el caldo de cocción del delicioso congrio mezclado con vino blanco nacional y un poco de aji color y merken que le da el característico rojo al caldo. El remate un toque de crema, como lo describe Pablo Neruda en su poema, y cilantro para decorar. Dale vida a tu paladar, dale Chile a tu sabor.
English: The conger chowder is a not so typical Chilean dish, due to the high cost of this delicious fish. It is a dish that has white and purple onion, carrots, potatoes, paprika, garlic and broth cooking delicious conger mixed with national white wine and a bit of chili color and merken that gives the characteristic red broth.The finish, a touch of cream, as described by Pablo Neruda in his poem, and cilantro for garnish. Liven up your palate, give Chile to your taste.
