Description Hall C of the COVID 19 Alternate Care Facility at McCormick Place gets officially turned over to The City of Chicago April 4. The Army Corps of Engineers, Chicago District, in support of FEMA, the City and State, constructed 500 rooms for COVID 19 patients in five days.
