| Description |
English: Construction of the A4440 in August 1987 The cuttings above and below the railway were made first to allow access. The railway bridge was constructed on this side on a foundation that extended under the line in a tunnel on either side . This allowed the line closure to be for only a long weekend as the remaining embankment was removed and the bridge was pushed into place. |
