English: mCherry::LANS4 blue light activation and reversion in HeLa. Still images from this movie are shown in Fig 4A. The scale is provided with a scale bar = 25 μm, the time is shown as min:sec and “ON” indicates intermittent blue light activation (see Supplemental experimental procedures).
