Description

Defying Akihabara’s image as an otaku wonderland, the new Chomp Chomp complex targets women in their 20s and 30s. The 10-floor emporium features 14 bars and restaurants, ranging from soba and seafood (Kikkon) to okonomiyaki (Teppan 200 degrees) and upscale sushi (Ganko). Popular female-friendly chains like Kichiri and Toriyoshi also make an appearance, and the basement houses an appropriately trendy bar named Gen. Chomp Chomp (1-13 Kanda-Sakumacho, Chiyoda-ku) opened April 24 2009, just one minute from the Showa Dori exit of Akihabara station. (Source: metropolis.co.jp)
