Description
Español: ALTURA, DISTANCIA CENITAL Y AZIMUT.

La ALTURA (h) se mide en grados, es decir la vertical que va desde el horizonte del plano horizontal del observador (0º) hasta la estrella u objeto celeste.

La DISTANCIA CENITAL (Z) se mide desde el astro u objeto celeste hasta el cenit (90º).

El AZIMUT (Az), se mide a lo largo del horizonte del plano del observador desde el Sur geográfico (0º) hacia el Oeste (90º) pasando por el Norte (180º) luego por el Este (270º) y por último regresando al Sur (0º). El AZIMUT, entonces, se medirá a partir del Sur geográfico (0º) hasta la intersección con la ALTURA (h) o vertical del astro.
