Cormery (Indre-et-Loire) Le cloître de l'abbaye bénédictine Saint-Paul. C'est dans le cloître que se promenaient les moines. Le cloître a été en partie conservé au nord des bâtiments claustraux. Les colonnes sont de la première moitié du XIIIe siècle. La charpente, en forme de carène, date du XVe siècle, Le cloître primitif présentait 4 fois 8 travées de 4 à 6 mètres, de 3 ou 4 arcades chacune. Le cloître formait un rectangle de 40 mètres de long sur 29 mètres de large, découpé en un jardin de huit carrés. Cormery (Indre-et-Loire) The cloister of the Benedictine Abbey St. Paul. It is in the cloister monks walked. North of the monastic buildings, the cloister was partly preserved. The columns are of the first half of the thirteenth century.
