English:

This view is of the northeast corner of Second Avenue and Spring Street in downtown Seattle. The site has been occupied by the Second & Spring Building at 1100 2nd Avenue since 1906. The building at the left edge of the frame is Olympic Hall, whose entrance was on First Avenue. Olympic Hall was used at least from 1896-1912 for union meetings and by Mount Zion Baptist Church.

Apparently the present building on this site as of 2021 is, indeed, a heavily altered version of this building, but it's five stories, and the fenestration is very different on the surviving lower stories.
