Nederlands: Cort van der Lindenkade 33, dieselgemaal J. Leegwater. Interieur. Een deel van de machine. Provinciaal monument. Gebouwd in 1913. Architect Laurens Groen. Van 1913 tot 1988 dieselgemaal op de polders Het Overdie en De Achtermeer. Daarna kwam er een elektrisch gemaal. Voorheen stond hier een watermolen, verbrand in 1912. De molenaar werd machinist van het gemaal. Dit bleef drie generaties lang in de familie. Het gemaal werd vernoemd naar J. Leegwater, die in 1992 was verongelukt. |
