Description
English: Corus, Shotton. There used to be a huge steel works on this site. In October 1999, British Steel merged with Koninklijke Hoogovens to form Corus. This company appears to specialise in innovative metal-based construction products. According to the internet, the Shotton plant (which is still very large), produces modular housing units. There are reservoirs nearby which have been converted to nature reserves.
