Deutsch: Mietwohnhaus mit Hofgebäude und Einfriedungsmauer in Cottbus, Karl-Liebknecht-Straße 3, Fassade bestimmt durch geschossweise wechselnde Fensterrahmungen und Gesimsgliederung, Erdgeschoss mit vorgezogenen Mittelachsen; säulengerahmte, rundbogige Durchfahrt, risalitartige Betonung der mittleren Dreifenstergruppe im Obergeschoss, Balkon mit filigranem eisernen Brüstungsgitter, seitlich Ädikulafenster, Konsolgesims als Fassadenabschluss, darüber Attika. Im Inneren repräsentative Ausgestaltung: Treppenhaus und Zimmer mit Deckenstuck.
