| Description |
English: Southward on A285 near Coultershaw Bridge and site of former Petworth station. View SSW: the former Petworth station, past Badger's Restaurant and was down to the left by the River Rother - and nearly two miles from Petworth village. Closed finally on 23/5/66, it was on the Petersfield - Midhurst - Pulborough line, which had been worked by the LSWR west of Midhurst and by the LB&SCR east of Midhurst: passenger services ceased throughout from 7/2/55. |
