It is trying to turn from Commercial Road, right into Leapale Road, after receiving a green light, but ended up getting stuck. There was a car in its way, blocking the box junction. The bus went round anyway, expecting the car to reverse (which happens frequently in this situation, as most normal people reverse). Sadly, the woman driving was more interested in continuing her mobile phone conversation than doing anything sensible, so everything sat there for a while. After the bus driver pointed out that there was a huge gap behind the car for it to reverse into, the woman decided to scream abuse at the bus driver. Eventually (while still talking on her mobile phone), she tried to reverse, but ended up rolling forwards, getting even closer to the bus. Eventually (still on her mobile), she reversed, at great speed, a long way behind her - straight into the front of the car behind! The bus was then able to depart, having been delayed by five minutes (literally straight after leaving the bus station on time), which inconvenienced the several people on the bus and no doubt many people waiting further along, all because of this woman's idiotic, selfish actions.
