Text:
How much horseflesh or cartage can you buy with 50 cts per day? That's about what it costs us--40 to 50c per day--to charge each of our 5-ton capacity trucks...Ask Seattle teamsters who take a 5-ton load - enough for 6 horses on the hills - and go past them on any and all grades, as if they were standing still. They'll tell you nobody can do it but "Couple-Gear." Anybody can learn to drive one in half an hour.
