11 NOVEMBRE 1945 : Le Parti Communiste Indochinois n'existe plus officiellement. Il s'agit de brouiller les cartes dans un subtil jeu politique.

Réoccupation de la «route du Nord» de Honqnan à Locninh et Bupop. Réoccupation de Longxuyen. Réoccupation de Loc-Ninh.

12 NOVEMBRE 1945 : Arrivée du premier avion Dakota civil apportant du courrier de France. Ce courrier, posté en France avant le 9 novembre, est sans supplément avion.

Il repart le 13 avec le courrier en attente, avec affranchissement avion.
