| Description |
English: Cross Keys Swing Bridge Comparison to the photograph from 1985 shows a couple of changes. There is now a house hanging from the underside of the left hand end. this houses the new (1987) oil hydraulic power plant, the emergency diesel generator (about 32 kW) and the control computer. The access stairway to the control cabin has been moved to the opposite side of the bridge and the bridge now swings the other way. |
