En Rúa de Francos se conserva uno de los más interesantes y antiguos "cruceiros" que data del siglo XIV y señalaba la antigua vía de ruta de peregrinación. El "cruceiro" está compuesto de una cruz gótica con el relieve de un Cristo crucificado levantado y apoyado sobre una piedra. En ambos laterales de la cruz hay una imagen de un peregrino. (páxinas galegas). Los grabados en el varal que tiene este cruceiro indican, presuntamente, el enterramiento en el lugar de personas no bautizadas. |
