Description Yet another image of Cygnus atratus, a species considered to be impossible. In hindsight this seems foolish, but so it goes. Our specimen is further confounding those revised views by revealing the white feathers, no doubt there is some legend as to why, it is neither here nor there. Our mostly black Swan is actually brownish, this has not been revealed in this photo. One thing at a time...
