Cymraeg: Cynhadledd i'r Wasg byw 12.03.21 gyda Mark Drakeford, Prif Weinidog Cymru. Rhai o'r prif bwyntiau:
4ydd adolygiad o'r mesurau 'aros gartref' y cyfnod clo presennol. Mae pethau'n gwella: 41 achos fesul 100,000 o achosion; y lefel isaf ers canol mis Medi y llynedd. Cyfradd positifrwydd o 4.3%. Mae arolwg heintiau SYG yn awgrymu mai Cymru sydd â'r cyfraddau isaf yn y DU. Ond mae gennym amrywiad Caint mwy heintus. Ein dull ni: gofalus a gochelgar; cam wrth gam. Arhoswch yn Lleol o hyn ymlaen, yn hytrach nag Arhoswch gartref . Bydd cyfleusterau chwaraeon awyr agored yn ailagor o'r 13eg a chaniateir ymweliadau â chartrefi gofal. 15fed Mawrth: yn ôl i'r ysgol ar gyfer yr holl ddisgyblion cynradd a rhai disgyblion hŷn a myfyrwyr. Bydd trinwyr gwallt hefyd yn agor o ddydd Llun. Ar 22 Mawrth bydd siopau manwerthu bach nad ydynt yn hanfodol yn ailagor ynghyd â chanolfannau garddio. Os bydd pethau'n gwella: bydd llety hunangynhwysol a chyfleusterau plant a llyfrgelloedd yn ailagor ar 27 Mawrth. Pob plentyn yn ôl yn yr ysgol erbyn 12 Ebrill ac ar y dyddiad hwn byddwn yn adolygu cyfyngiadau teithio. Bydd £115 miliwn ychwanegol ar gael ar gyfer y busnesau hynny sydd ar gau. Rydym wedi sicrhau bod dros £ 2 biliwn ar gael i fusnesau dros y pandemig: mae hyn yn ychwanegol at yr hyn y mae Llywodraeth y DU yn ei ariannu.English: Live Press Conference 12.03.21 with Mark Drakefor, First Minister of Wales.
Some of the main points: 4th review of the 'stay at home' measures. Things are improving: 41 cases per 100,000 cases; lowest level since mid September last year. 4.3% positivity rate. ONS infection survey suggests that Wales has the lowest rates in the UK. But we have a more infectious Kent variant. Our approach: careful and cautious; step by step. Stay Local from now on, rather than 'Stay at home'. Outdoor sports facilities will reopen from 13th and care home visits allowed. 15th March: back to school for all primary pupils and some older pupils and students. Hairdressers will also open from Monday. 22 March: small non-essential retail shops will reopen as will gardening centres. If things improve: self contained accommodation and children's facilities and libraries will reopen on 27th March. All children back in school by 12 April and on this date we will review traveling restrictions. Extra £115 million will be available for those businesses which are closed. We have made over £2 billion available to businesses over the pandemic: this is over and above what the UK Government is funding. |
