Description
Deutsch: Naturdenkmal Friedenslinde Holzelfingen (Schutzgebiets-Nr.84150920040) bei Holzelfingen, einem Ortsteil von Lichtenstein (Württemberg). Die schön geformte Linde mit ebenmäßigem Kronenbild prägt von Unterhausen kommend den Dorfeingang in entscheidender Weise und fällt sofort angenehm auf. Das kleine Grünensemble mit einem Brunnentrog lädt ein zum Verweilen und Ruhen. Die Linde wurde vermutlich zum Friedensschluss des deutsch-französischen Krieges 1871 gepflanzt und hat damit eine kulturelle und landeskundliche Bedeutung. Trotz des beachtlichen Alters und der stattlichen Größe sind kaum Eingriffe in der Krone erkennbar. Blick von Westen
