English: U.S. Space Force Col. Richard Bourquin, Space Delta 4 commander, and Lt. Col. Ryan Durand, 10th Space Warning Squadron commander, begin the safety brief of the Perimeter Acquisition Radar Attack Characterization System building at Cavalier Air Force Station, N.D., Feb. 22, 2021.
