Description LOS ANGELES - Deputy Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas announced a new partnership between the DHS Blue Campaign - the unified voice for DHS’s efforts to combat human trafficking - and six law enforcement, first responder and public safety agencies to raise awareness about human trafficking in a press conference held in Los Angeles, alongside Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti, Sept. 29, 2016. The Blue Campaign works in partnership with law enforcement, government, non-governmental and private organizations, to protect the basic right of freedom and to bring those who exploit human lives to justice.
