Description

DR 15 runestone in Øster Løgum, Denmark

This is Hærulf, an ancient viking rune stone, from around the year 900. It's just sitting out where it was originally put. In 1864, it was stolen by Germans and put on the Potsdam museum in Berlin, but in 1952, the Danes got it back. and put it right back where it had been.
