Description

Ambala c. 1905 Collotype Divided back 13.70x8.80cm

Dalhousie is in the north-western Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. Dalhousie never became a major hillstation like Simla or Ootacamund. At roughly 10,000 residents is still smaller than, for example, Murree in Pakistan on the other side of the former Punjab province of British India.
