Description Large pieces of concrete are missing from the rail of the Oakland Bridge, seen in this March 2020 photo. The Oregon Department of Transportation is working with Douglas County on plans to replace the 1925 bridge with a new span that will offer two lanes of traffic and wide shoulders.
