English: Lamp in the courtyard. There are two madrasas (Qoran schools) facing each other, the Adaliye and Zahiriye Madrasas. They are both from the 13th century (but modern repairs were going on in the Zahiriye in April 2009). At the Adaliye Ad-'Adil, a brother of Saladin, was buried. |
