| Description |
English: View along the south side of the mosques outer walls. We see the raised roof which at the north side has those magnificent mosaics and the outcrop where the mihrab is situatred at the inside. And then the Minaret of Jesus at the southwestern corner. Just as the Minaret of Qaitbay it is built on the base of a former Roman-Byzantine tower. |
