Description
Svenska: Dambinda. Samtidigt förvärvat: JM 24360:1-3.

Dambinda av ribbstickat vitt bomullsgarn bestående av två lager. De längsgående sidorna är öppna för inläggning av fyllnadsmaterial mellan lagren. I var ände finns ögla för fäste i byxa eller gördel. Bindan är märkt "BH" med röd tråd.

Föremålet ingår i en stor samling om närnare 600 föremål bestående av dräkter från 1880-talet till 1950-talet, dräkttillbehör, barnkläder, textilier, möbler och leksaker. Samlingen skänktes till läsmuseet i samband med ägarskifte av Tenhults herrgård 1972 genom fru Brita Hartmann-Stavenow (1903-1993) i Stockholm, som haft sin uppväxt på gården.
