Description
English: In China, currently it's Tomb-sweeping Festival. Usually, during this period, parents would take children outdoor to collect some dandelions as the folk medicine and also for food.

There is the introduction of Dandelion stated in Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Taraxacum. Some evidences can be found from the part - Medicinal uses. 'Treat infections, bile and liver problems' are the main functions we Chinese would like to use Dandelion for keeping health. However, just take care that don't take the followers with pollens.

In my family's daily life this time annually, it is very simple that we just collect them outdoor, clean them, boil them and apply the water for drinking or being together with the new green tea of this year.

Dears, look. These were my collections outdoor. Why not try to find some more for yourself or your family members in this warm spring.
