| Description |
English: Dartmoor: Saddle Tor from Haytor Saddle Tor at 428 metres above sea level (asl) is in the middle distance and not skylined. Rippon Tor at 473 metres asl is beyond and to the left, with this view photographed from the top of Haytor at 457 metres asl. The road winding its way across the moor is the B3387 to Widecombe-in-the-Moor, while the light patch to the right is an isolated moorland pond.
This is the view looking in precisely the opposite direction towards Derek's location on Rippon Tor in his 622010. |
