Description Picked up a dbx Active crossover for peanuts. Seller told me it wasn't working, (bad hum at power on then ok after 4 minutes) initial thought was PSU capacitors or caps in the pre DSP chain failing -- possibly some burst or swollen so electrolyte failing... must look inside next...
