Nederlands: De miniatuurkamer in het Koninklijk Huisarchief. De meer dan 700 miniaturen worden hier gepresenteerd zoals in het vroegere Paleis aan de Kneuterdijk, waar Koningin Emma (1858-1934) een speciale kamer voor de miniaturen had laten inrichten. De portretminiaturen zijn meestal geplaatst in dezelfde verzamellijsten en - net als destijds - gesorteerd per vorstenhuis of nationale schilderschool. In 1900 werd de verzameling van het Paleis aan de Kneuterdijk overgebracht naar het Koninklijk Huisarchief. De verzameling wordt sinds 1972 beheerd door de Stichting Historische Verzamelingen van het Huis Oranje-Nassau. |
