  • Significance: The bridge was constructed around the middle of the 19th century to carry traffic between Proctor and Barbours, Pennsylvania. The bridge was a single-span, rubble masonry arch structure with a roughly crenelated parapet. The bridge is significant as an intact example of mid-19th century stone arch bridge construction.
  • Survey number: HAER PA-418
