Deutsch: Defekter Portschlauch mit Paravasat. Das Kontrastmittel tritt im Übergangsbereich vom extravasalen Verlauf zum Eintritt in die V. subclavia aus, so dass hier ein Materialbruch angenommen werden muss. Ein Teil des Kontrastmittels gelangt so als Paravasat ins Weichteil, ein Teil zieht intravasal entlang des Katheters nach zentral. Da hier aber kein freier Fluss zu sehen ist, muss zusätzlich eine Thrombose der V. subclavia befürchtet werden. Erst in der V. cava superior kommt es zu einer freien Verteilung im Gefäßlumen. |
