English: Delta of River Kinglass The nature of the River Kinglass channel indicates that it experiences very high flows, presumably linked to snow melt, where it transports large volumes of material. This material is deposited into Loch Etive and has built up into a small delta, probably aided by the relatively sheltered location reducing the amount of material removed by coastal processes. |
