Description

Nassaubuurt | Zuid Hollandlaan Former building of the American Petroleum Company, Petrolea. The design of the building follows the rules of the Amsterdam School. One of the most striking sculptures is the elephant head in front of the tower. which gave its nickname to the building from the 1990s: The Red Elephant. Arch. J.H. de Roos and W.F. Overeijnder 1921-24

From 2013, the property has been rented by Spaces. On the upper floors one can rent regular office spaces, but on the ground floor there is room for small independents. They can use all kinds of facilities such as meeting and work spaces.
