Deutsch: Sogenanntes Dragoner-Denkmal, Standort Oldenburg (Oldb), Stadtteil Osternburg, Cloppenburger Str. 3. Entwurf von O. Katzmann, eingeweiht 1924. Material Klinker und Sandstein. Gewidmet den Gefallenen der Feldzüge von 1866, 1870/71 und 1914-1918. Inschrift: "Dem Andenken der Helden / des Oldbg. Dragoner Rgt. Nr. 19, / die in den Feldzügen / 1866, 1870-71 und 1914-18, / für das Vaterland / ihr Leben liessen / Gewidmet."
