Rodolfo Moreno, a finance specialist, 4th Financial Management Company, from Fort Bliss, Texas, attached to 1st Advise and Assist Task Force, 1st Infantry Division, adds the names of soldiers lost during their support of Operation New Dawn to the Warrior Memorial Wall centered at Contingency Operating Site Warrior, Iraq, Aug. 6, 2011. Moreno is one of the many volunteers amending the memorial site that bears the names of U.S. soldiers lost during Operations Iraqi Freedom and New Dawn. |
