| Source/Photographer | Написал итальянец в 1801 году и два громадных портрета Гавриила Романовича Державина. Любопытная история предшествовала этому. Почитатель из далекого Иркутска - городской голова, "именитый гражданин", купец-золотопромышленник Михаил Васильевич Сибиряков - преподнес прославленному поэту шубу и шапку из знаменитых баргузинских соболей. Тогда-то по заказу Державина и создал Тончи его "зимний образ": как того хотел сам Державин, изобразил в сибирских дарах на снегу, у скалы и с добрым лицом ("чтоб очи мягкостью блистали..."). Один портрет украшал столовую дома Гавриила Романовича, а второй (или первый, по мнению некоторых искусствоведов) - поэт подарил Сибирякову. На иркутской картине обращает на себя внимание вид города - это Иркутск: в начале 1870-х годов по заказу местного генерал-губернатора написал его возможно польский ссыльный Станислав Вронский | |||||||||||||||||||||||
