Čeština: Pamětní deska manželů Sonnevendových (doplněná muralem znázorňujícím dvojici k zemi se snášejících parašutistů) byla instalována zásluhou „Iniciativy A“ v Praze v Konviktské ulici na průčelí domu číslo 17 (Manželé Sonnevendovi ale bydleli ve vedlejším domě číslo 998/15). Deska byla slavnostně odhalena 6. září 2022 za přítomnosti zástupců městské části Praha 1, pravoslavné církve, sokola a vnuka manželů Sonnevendových MUDr. Jaroslava Orta.
Čeština: Text na pamětní desce: V domě č. 15 žili do svého zatčení hrdinové druhého odboje, manželé // MARIE SONNEVENDOVÁ (*4.3.1888) / a JAN SONNEVEND (*25.12.1880) // Podíleli se na ukrývání výsadkářů, vč. výsadku ANTHROPOID, / v kryptě chrámu svatých Cyrila a Metoděje. Svoji odvahu zaplatili životem. / Jan Sonnevend na popravišti v Kobylisích 4.9.1942 / Marie Sonnevendová v KT Mauthausen 24.10.1942 //
English: A memorial plaque dedicated to the Sonnevendos (accompanied by a mural depicting a pair of parachutists descending to earth) was installed by "Initiative A" in Prague on Konviktská Street on the facade of house number 17 (the Sonnevendos lived in the adjacent house number 998/15). The plaque was unveiled on 6 September 2022 in the presence of representatives of the Prague 1 municipality, the Orthodox Church, the Falcon and the grandson of the Sonnevendos, MUDr. Jaroslav Orta. |
