Der Eiskeller befindet sich etwa 10 Meter unter der Erdoberfläche und liegt nur teilweise unterhalb des Gebäudes. Er wurde nur wenige Jahre bis ca. 1919 genutzt; im Zweiten Weltkrieg diente er als Bunker, später wurde hier Müll abgeladen.
